Perhaps the most useful way to view this deal as part of management's multiple-channel marketing strategy. If you get some people through MLM, others through Amazon and direct sales, others through convenience stores and supermarkets ... and then if you add private-label to that ... and other brands (FitWhey, Eagle Spirit, the original RMHB) ... and if you synergize them (CBD in FitWhey and Eagle Spirit) ... then you've really got something cooking.
And, oh, hey, I just noticed ... that's exactly what's happening here!
PS. There's currently no public information about a very important aspect of the deal. The dollar size. Given the apparent level of excitement coming out of Dallas, I'd say the odds are pretty good the number is ... exciting. But maybe that's just my hope speaking.
PPS. The partner company is out of Singapore. This tells me that a) it's probably well-funded, and b) it's got Singaporean and/or Chinese money. Funny how the wheel goes round, isn't it?
