Got into a argument
with a guy over the power of the Executive Branch of government . I finally told him that we might soon see who is right and who is wrong.
We have been in a state of war for a very long time. The "patriot act " only increased the power's of the executive branch.
I believe we now have a Supreme Court that will support the Executive Branch and it's Executive Orders. I believe also the President can almost use it as a line item veto to a lot of BS congress put through as we are in a State of War.
