It looks like they are giving PsychoGenics 40% of Elto to settle a disagreement? Plus a million in cash from the Company that they will be getting as part of merging Elto into them. Maybe someone has some insight into this?- unbelievable.

So I guess we know we'll be getting at least a million in cash up front from the merger. Hopefully it will be a lot more than that and hopefully they can raise a lot in the IPO.
