Roger all that on how long it takes...normally, the market is forward looking...so as soon as SB can show "indisputable" proof (for the benefit of those that are still on the trust fence) of these upcoming signed, sealed & delivered PLs etc...the market "should" act accordingly, & bring us up to fair value.

Granted...this is logical market thinking...but this is the OTC...so............?
