take note SSOF has said NOTHING publicly in a PR about this
LOI yet so its just as possible SSOF may be going another
entirely different route to secure the RIGS financing
once their own AUDIT is complete.
This LOI is just one offer on the table for SSOF to
go about getting RIGS financing they could easily
file something else in the coming days that shows
they are going a completely different route.
