What I was thinking today and discussed already I believe. Acquisition, offering, uplist all at once. Would that mean that whatever the offering price was at we would uplist at that price? So say it’s $6 for offering price and simultaneously we uplist, we would uplist at 6 dollars.

At that point we could also have in the S1A that day all of the partnerships not announced yet so we are going onto Nasdaq with a lot of fire power, that would also stop shorts from trying to take price down. What are everyone’s thoughts?
