I wonder if the deep state was less
of a problem for O'bama than it has been for Trump.
My perspective without going into it or looking further:
The 'deep state' is foremost all about employee benefits.
So that could figure in some what in more than one way,
looking at life and society though benefits accrued.
A bit jaundiced i'd say. Being on the side of a party that
wants everybody under federal management payroll
and under federal education(instruction).
Vs.
Having an actual tough guy stomping around in your back yard.
Really, must be unnerving.
