It happened twice in the last 14 months when the RSI was like this.
Before that you have to go back 5 years to see a similar RSI. This is not the same company as then considering the things that have since developed such as the MSFT win, PTAB support, Blocksafe Technologies subsidiary, implementation of new cyber security standards, etc.
