Geography alone indicated it was not pro bono work. Once I saw R&G open their CA office (note* only after they took SFOR on as a client) I realized they had geographicall positioned themselves to milk the entire herd of silicon valley SFOR IP ifringers. SFOR litigation will become a steady cash flow for R&G IMHO.
