I think some of the recent decline and odd volume since the 10K is some tax loss selling. We got the 10K and the notice that they would not hit milestones in mid-September. That meant there was unlikely to be a big deal within a month. We are now at the end of that window and may see some buying come back in.

Then again, it's hard to tell because 400K shares trading is only a $50K trade.
