The 400K bid at 13 cents was filled in less than one minute. The only way a retail investor made money in that trade is if he bought at less than 13 cents and decided to flip for a penny or less (the 52-week low is 12 cents).

After that there was a 40K ask at 14 cents. Shortly the seller competed with himself by changing the ask to 13.5 cents to make sure it’ll close red today. Another day with over 1M in volume under 14 cents.

Conclusion - Everything is normal. No major selling/shorting is going on. Just typical tradings between retail investors like you and me.
