Just contacted by Sen. King's DC office. Pete (policy staffer) requested I email him my letter directly. Other Senator's offices have been contacting him about it and he wanted a copy ASAP for reference so I just sent it to him directly. He told me that letters from their state's constituents to the other Senators carry more weight than mine, a Mainer. So, if you want MFA//OOBA protecting the 2020 election from GRU and other hacking now is the time to write your US Senator. Request MFA/OOBA be specifically mentioned in the wording of the bill which is currently in the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
