$PSGR There appears to be a total of ONLY 66.84 Million common shares of PSGR left. Is there going to be a Special Holiday Sale? Will Pershing Resources (ahem) vote to increase the number of common shares? What will be the collateral for the $10 Million that is alleged to be raised for the two NEW Nevada locations? Is there as much gold/precous metals in the TWO NEW Nevada locations as is in the Marco Project Nevada and (near) Kingman, AZ locations?

No problem!!! Investors have been told that something could/might possibly happen by 2024!!! Doing the math, $10 Million spread across the next 1/2 decade is NOTHING!!! Ah-oh...there is that word 'NOTHING' again!!! 'Nothing'...as in "What is the total amount of precious metals produced and continuously sold by Perdhing Resources over the past TWENTY PLUS YEARS?"..Answer: NOTHING...ZIP....ZERO....NADA!!!!

What will happen if Pershing Resources 'trades away' the remaining common share for other (ahem) precious metal claims/ mines that (cough cough) have the potential to produce significant amounts of precious metals?
