Agree "Not just ACS". However, if they finally got paid by Federal contracting officers by midnight 9/30 (End of the FY) SFOR could have been paid 10/15 by them. (Newbies please read R2R's post with the Edgar link about this) This is one reason why I believe our November annual SHs meeting will be a most interesting one. I only wish I could be there for it but a closing weather window has me sailing then. I hope to read your positive reports of the meeting when I dock at a marina with wi-fi to resupply. GLTA!
