$PLFM ~ possible REVERSE MERGER, NO REVERSE SPLIT. Because Nutripy is a private company and PLFM is a public company..both companies CEO is Jeffrey Moore.
The Reverse Split that was filed back in 2016 under old Management was denied by Finra and Time has Lapsed out on it. There is no RS on Finra’s table currently. Expecting more filings to be a PINK CURRENT..
