I used to think Aspire wouldn’t agree to invest $30M unless they are very confident in the science (they must know more than we know). Well, they proved me wrong by selling more than 40M shares over the years. Now comes the MFO. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
Let’s say the MFO told Leo we want to be one of your largest shareholders long-term because we believe in your science. Would Leo say sorry buddy, the most shares you can hold is 10%? He’s forcing the MFO to sell if they want to convert more. That’s another clue for me.
Maybe it’s just coincidence that after MFO news was announced, a mysterious seller with seemingly unlimited amount of shares under 15 cents appeared every day for three weeks. Another conspiracy theory, which is very appropriate on this board.
