What "IF"
which is a mighty big if!) SFOR has otherwise been patient in going after any monies to which they are entitled thru ACS, building a case in which they can file "breach of contract" against ACS, thus effectively canceling out the purchase agreement in the end! I know its far fetched, but anything is possible these days, and it could prove to be a very smart move, if they could do it! Or it could even be a "back door" agreement between the two companies to do so! IF, IF, IF! LOL!
Of course SFOR would still need revenues to continue their operations, so let's root like hexx for a soon-to-be appeal decision, then settlement with all remaining lawsuits, and naming of a new list of defendants to go after! We also should have BSAFE revenues coming in to help with our expenses!
Again, I know its really a longshot possibility, but something to consider!
