Based on my limited understanding of contract law...
We should be able to see ALL sublicensing fees received (which is good)
1.2.3.) STI shall retain all sub-license fees received. STI’s right to retain all sub-license fees shall terminate upon final payment of the Asset Purchase Promissory Note (see paragraph 3.1.3, below) by CSI; thereafter, STI shall be obligated to pay CSI a license fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) for each GuardID or MobileTrust component sold or sub-licensed.
but only until they pay us the 9M and then we pay them a license fee smh
My final thought on this unless responded to is ...... this was a horrible deal for SFOR. We better start receiving big money ASAP because the longer this goes the likelihood is we just get 9 measly million dollars.
Cmon reversal and settlements because deals through ACS is moot IMO
