I don't see any dark side problems. The long drawn out implementation timelines and customers inking the deals, and then authorizing announcements has been the ecosystem and customers, not SFT or their channel partner Parent CSI/sub-ACS.
CSI is on the hook to provide SFT end user/customer invoices.
This is my understanding, going by the SEC Filings and questions I've asked SFT. I have NO concerns here and done talking about it!
