I'm not playing TECO as a swing play. I been slowly accumulating for 12 months. Cuurently setting on 5MM.

I plan on selling 25% at .15 to cover cost of investment. Then 25% at .25 and 25% at .50 and hold 25% UNTIL ???

I agree with your last statment -- it takes time --I work for a major indepentdend oil company. Even with a staff of 300 plus it takes time to go from green field ( bare ground) to production. Once the wells in Texas are drilled, I would not be surprised that it takes 3-6 months to put them on production.Texas is booming, with the eagle ford play, getting equipment and manpower is not easy.
