You're forgetting about me.
When I buy a stock it goes down and in time my purchase price becomes a new ceiling for the security in question.
My low purchase is $0.15 and we have not gone back above that. When I grab some $0.12s next week we will begin to push into dime territory. You all think there is some massive cabal out there. It's really just unlucky ol' Squar.
