Forgive my ignorance but hopefully someone could answer this for me. Come 2020 ACS can either buy our patent for 9m or walk away. It is my understanding that we only get money from ACS using our patents until that date (including Mcafee) and we can use our software to find other deals not including them forever. So if they continue to delay and delay, we won’t see a dime and they could just pay us the 9M and walk away. Please advise if I’m incorrect.
