Joby claimed he posted it (post# 107284). I basically confronted him saying what he posted seemed biased, not factual. I hope he wasn't trying to influence the SP by scaring potential and current investors.

So, now that we are one step closer to uplisting, and evidently about to acquire SC, I bet we see the S-1/A next week sometime. As we get closer to burning shorts and jumping to NASDAQ, I get more excited as each day passes. I have a feeling that this Christmas will be very special indeed!
