You didn't refute my statement of Aspire has sold over 40M shares so I assume it's correct and can be stated as a FACT here. We'll find out who's correct later this year when we know how many shares are converted and whether Schedule 13G is filed by the MFO.
Which of the following scenario do you think is more likely?
1. Leo thinks the MFO will hold long-term and become one of the largest shareholders so he limits on how much they can convert (no more than 10%).
OR
2. Leo thinks the MFO will short/sell so he limits on how much they can convert?
