No doubt. And IF it happens, it (ACS chanel deal) will be bigger than expected.
I say if, not because of anything SFT has done, but more ACS and their big dog partner (not the government).
SFT has already delivered the product I'm assuming so ACS + is adding value I'm guessing. Probably far reaching...
Problem with these software deals is that they take so much time that when you get to the finish line (if ever) your value added product may be obsolete.
