JJ relax its still Oct and if u haven't noticed the entire mkt
is in MELTDOWN mode this month which makes people
leary of buying in 'before' any great news is released on
any stock.
But NOV is coming fast and we should see the overall
mkt calm down considerably especially once we get past
the NOV elections and IMO ONCI will be ready in NOV to
release Multiple PRs and we'll see strong buying again
and IMO NOV will begin the long road back
to .019+ into 2019
