FWIW we will *not* hear about any sales revenue from the ACS deal IMO. We may never. We definitely won't by Nov. 1st. It's out of SFT's hands I would guess. Might happen, but doubt it at this point.
I'm sure SFT asks ACS and they say xx/xx/xx and then SFT passes along that information and then gets beaten up for it (and rightfully so as they did say it, they (Kay) should learn not to say anything) and they ask again and the carrot is still dangling out of reach.
But folks should remember, there is still $20 million on the table with ACS for purchasing the 2 patents/products.
Plenty of other catalysts to 'bet' on happening so don't be frustrated or angry, just sit and wait some more.
