I guess Prog Fan whales are busy so they sent the minnows. My grandkiddos have more shares in their accounts than have traded since that tweet. The big boys usually have access to more info than the common investor and probably know they have a few more trading days before November PRs start dropping. Maybe they are selling positions in other tickers to buy big ONCI positions. I think when the volume picks up, that will be the signal that news is coming SOON.

I'm with Winston that November will bring lots of news and a run up in volume and the PPS.
