So how does one get illegal shorts - naked shorts to cover? Say this was truly a ploy by a BP from 2.5 -3 years ago when they met over K and knew the Ipix potential and had their offshore friends start writing articles, bashing daily etc....to take down the company over 3 years to come back and partner for a fraction of what it was worth......now how do they cover?
If these boogeyman stories are true, it seems there is nothing we can do? What if the current BP is part of it and just entertaining ipix and holding a carrot in front all while time and resources are passing and then they pull out so gracefully? Now ipix has to start over again with another partner and more time and money will be needed all while dilutein g this to sub penny.
It sounds pretty ridiculous to me......but so is having dozens of disgruntled posters for years on a message board.
So how and when do they cover is my question. We already changed ticker. Nothing happened
