R&G indicated in the docket on June 19 their availability through December. They were not available December 3-4.
They listed 2 other cases they had at the court, one of which is now scheduled for November. So that leaves the Imperium IP Holdings (Cayman) v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. case as yet also not calendared.
The posted arguments calendar today shows
12/7 Panel A with only one case
12/13 Panel N with only one case
IMO it looks like there could be room on those days. I'm setting my expectations for February but I'd be happy to see it scheduled earlier.
