From what I understood it’s to pay for the process of acquiring Sound Concepts. A huge step, financials have to be done and the company has seen them and approved of them, we could be seeing them next week. This happened Monday so the process may have already started behind the scenes. It’s very very telling though, despite the obvious needed language about how none of what they want to do happening, that’s just a safeguard. A huge step, definitely on pace for uplist by end of year and even sooner
