The MFO wants the lowest price possible at the time of conversion (lower price = more shares). Once they have the shares they want the price to rise.
IPIX wants to get the share price moving asap. Its a zero sum game between the MFO and current shareholders. Unfortunately we were left in a position where we need them to get us to a deal bit they are not our friends.
