The management of RMHB is not moving slow at all.
They have done everything asked of them by the Mexican officials and they have done it in a timely manner. They confirm this in pretty much every podcast.
They have no choice but to wait for approval now. There is no way they can tell the Mexican government to speed things up because a couple of investors are impatient. Mexicans don't do anything in a hurry.
I'm sure RMHB has plans for further expansion, but probably want to get the Mexico deal finalized first instead of branching off in a dozen different directions at once.
Once the Mexico deal is done RMHB will have a ton of legitimacy and will also add to their revenue big time. That will pave the way for further expansion.
Either you believe that or you don't. If you don't, and you believe there is no imminent Mexican deal, you should probably sell now.
