Roger Challen pulled his support for the 1.5 million financing that was to be approved by the shareholders at the meeting. This was the Alpha financing that MTSL had secured last summer, NOT the Ambs deal and had nothing to do with the Ambs deal. Ambs had secured the 700k in financing from their end and was a separate funding.
