despite many searches i cant find anything on nnlx taxes on ohio site and dont have the info to look up the state courts-what county is nnlx based in?
in my experience state revenue departments hound you like a blood hound,incessantly send info to fill out and even when you do not have a business you have to close such non-business 3 times before the state gets it-if they ever do
at any rate no state taxes would be due without net income
