I agree that the $138 K per month payment is likely triggered by now, with the first bigger payment due in November perhaps.
My related request is for clarification from anyone about what happens when this payment of 5 million over 3 years comes to an end. Does some new payment get negotiated based on the success of BSafe software? Or is the 5 million the end of the payment scheme. I assume it will continue and be renegotiated, but I haven't seen anything in writing about that. Anyone know?
