If the appeal is successful then what does that mean forJNJ and the new owners?
The judge doesn't know it yet, but he did J&J a great disservice. He claimed at the end of his ruling that DECN made an argument that they didn't. This is very bad form and shows bias including lazy and poor work by that court.
That one line alone will win the appeal.
