And remember, a PR or 8K would likely mention revenues from that day forward, so it would not be a lookback to the 10Q about to be issued. So I don't think it has anything to do (whether we will see a PR or 8K before the 10Q) with the fact that the 10Q is due in a month. The news will come when the revenue is being collected or due in a manner that can be communicated, on whatever time frame management determines is correct.
