It may dip a little between now and the first but it's an iffy thing. Financials coming out somewhere around 14 trading days from now should cause investors to start paying attention (I mean, with their wallets). So we should see some "ups" from that even if nothing else happens. Good news on the sto process or some good financial news prior (which probably won't happen since we're this close to the 10q), and we could see some serious increases. Any movement on our court cases (even a concrete date for a hearing) would likely push us into another 52 week high. So, if you want them cheap, best get them soon...
