I don't think the case was dismissed. He has ruled for a summary judgement. What his ruling is is what will be interesting. J&J wanted this to go away one way or another at this point. Caveat: I am not a member of the legal system so I know nothing maybe less. I suspect that once it is available to read what the judgement is, one of our esteemed legal eagles will weigh in with the information.
