MMEX's marginal pump into the RS is turning into a failed pump - down 5% today, because the market isn't buying immaterial PR on the fourth EPC "relationship."
Still no project financing, or any meaningful news on that topic from Mad J. - the Def. 14C still hasn't been withdrawn, so the RS is still an overhang, a cloud on MMEX - and it has to happen anyway because of the bloated O/S, and the dilution still to come.
Did anybody obtain information on BI's "refinery projects?" Didn't think so...
