Agree "He just can't do anything yet". Why? Because PR authority is out of his hands. It's in the hands of Bo Dietl because ACS is the vendor to the Federal Government. SFOR is the supplier to ACS the vendor. The Federal contracting officers only grant the vendor info release authority, not their suppliers. This is the problem of being in this subservient business position. This is why Mark stated he couldn't share any deal details because "We haven't been paid yet". Once payday happens, Mark can proudly divulge some the relevant info we've all been waiting for. IMHO that payday is coming soon and with it a rebound in the pps.
