None. Soon.
Had to be current to get back on OTCQB. 10K is audited so should be no questions.
Getting onto NASDAQ is another question.
Here is one scenario, and I am just guessing - speculation just for discussion
lets say an OEM wants to make 1million QDTV using 1gram per display.
lets say QMC sells it at $100/gram = $100,000,000. sale.
QTMM market valuation @ $100,000,000 / 500,000,000 shares = .20 cents.
The market applies a forward P/E of 20 = $4.00
That should be enough to get QTMM on Nasdaq, IMO.
Last time I looked the P/E of OLED was 83 and the stock price is $111, and that to me is a similar company. Their total revenue in 2017 was only $335,000,000 but they only have 47million shares outstanding. So I am not saying it is a perfect fit.
