Have been wondering the same thing myself in that the K oral pill I figured was at the lowest tier of priority in that B and P are so much closer to signing major deals.

Certainly believe Leo is careful enough that he wouldn't obligate himself prior to actually having the a bird in the hand vs in the bush.

If they can afford to be talking about the K pill formulation advancement, it sure leads one to believe some funds are incoming from some source to be able to make it happen and also keep the doors open with normal recurring expenses.

Also makes one believe they have paid off the Prurisol CRO as that IMO was the current top priority needing funding. The OM/IBD deal isn't involved as that doesn't require money going out the door but coming in.

Hope and expect these answers to be forthcoming in the very near future, speaking days to a few weeks IMO.
