thx for that link .. it's a sound thought and imo quite probable that some of those monies are allocated .. and not just to stock buyback programs or employee bonuses ..

very familiar with one of the tech giants in the top 5 spot .. who repatriated .. bought back shares and gifted bonuses .. tech giant has always been in acquisition mode in the 20 years of knowing them .. be interesting to see what comes to pass with those BP's noted ..
