Reindeer I'll stick my neck out lol and say YES IMO all of NOV
will be a really strong month for ONCI.
But that optimism is predicated on getting the PR for the PL early in NOV.
I really think once SB releases that PL PR he will be signaling
to us much more than just the details about the PL, because that
PR will signal SB is ready to commence on a barrage
of other great news and more PRs thru NOV that is building in the pipeline for
multiple divisions of ONCI !
