I agree 100%. Looks like some folks in Cali state/county government offices are getting a clearer picture of how to make it work and work well. Huge revenue increase for the counties and the state, but not too much so as to suffocate the businesses. The more they thrive the better it works for everybody. More tax revenue, more jobs, better quality MJ, etc. Legal businesses thriving and the tax revenues that come from them will also make it easier to stop the bootleg operations. My guess would be that some of the bashers of start up operations like VBF Brands are working for some of the bootleg growers to help slow the growth of the legal growers by interfering in their ability to raise capital. Too late for the trolls to stop this operation. It's already "rolling" full speed ahead! lol
