I understand your point. But it’s not in a vacuum per say. Usually dilution doesn’t happen with the shares going to you or other retail holders. Plus after an acquiring a firm that has nice revenue Gnbt should in time be valued differently. They need some liquidity too, in my opinion, may as well be free shares to holders of record. Of course, the company ha to execute efficiently and meet goals. Plus get off the otcc. Lots of requirements there and I don’t know them all, but they appear to be clearing that path. Originally, I was saying any holdings immediately after the reverse are worth more in your account now. Less shares due to the haircut but overall the total value has taken a nice rise. That’s what matters.
