Here is some DD that shows what a company that is Uplisting with an S-1 and offering from the OTCQB to Nasdaq looks like, which is doing so by conducting an R/S this further shows all FUSZ investors that if there was a R/S going to take place, it would be in the S-1! FUSZ has absolutely NO mention of R/S. But you can see for yourself what to look for by seeing WIZD as an example who just filed their S-1 on October 10th.
