It is possible that you both are right! The overriding fact is that the first thing we heard this week was negative about the first PL and the typical open ended promise about a second PL.
I am a little surprised today didn't go real red. The very first thing we heard was there were delays in something we were told was imminent 38 days ago on Sept 14th. Hell, there were delays when we didn't hear anything the next week. What the heck is the reason the bane can't be released?
And, DE, pulease. How many times have we heard the DE debt was taken care of? Share structure status?????? Anyone care to opine? I think that was GUARANTEED on July 4th - which is well over 100 days ago.
